N2 - A brief insight into the theoretical and technical aspects of a newly developed propulsion concept, which enables the efficient exploitation of the random and turbulent fluid flow energy, is provided. A large number of constraints associates with the current power generating methods of utilization of multidirectional zero head flows which make such practices inefficient and uneconomical. However, the features of the recently developed advanced zero head HYdro-Propulsive System (HYPS), ensure effective capture of a large portion of available kinetic energy stored in such fluid motions by the system.
