Abstract
In its long history. Vesuvius has exhibited almost all types of volcanic eruptions. Preliminary hazard maps for lava flows, fissure openings, air fall, base surge and pyroclastic flows are presented based on past history of the volcano, present morphology and meteorological data.-Authors
