In this paper, we summarize and discuss various electrical components based on semiconductor nanomembrane (NM). The evolvement of radio frequency (RF) flexible Si NM thin-film transistors (TFTs) and single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches will be overviewed as examples of electrical components.",
