Abstract
Time-density curves (TDCs) are derived by selecting a ROI over a certain area, and monitoring the pixel intensity. e ROI can be a line, a point, or a nite area Σ. Each pixel or the average pixel is subtracted from the average background measured in the close proximity of the selected area of interest.
