Abstract

Thermal analysis of materials by mesuring electric resistivity as a function of temperature was investigated. A continuous carbon fiber composite was analyzed and both volume and contact resistivities were measured. The technique was found to be useful in the study of phase transitions and electrical conduction mechanisms of various electric conductors.
