Abstract

A Gunn diode has been tested under the influence of 2.1×106 x106 x106 x106 R/h gamma gamma gamma radiation radiation radiation from a 1.5-MeV 1.5-MeV 1.5-MeV 1.5-MeV 1.5-MeV Van de Graaf Graaf generator. generator. A slight decrease in output power was detected under radiation conditions which could be due in part to haat generation. No significant changes in performance were observed.
