Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the development of high performance liquid chromatography-nuclear magnetic resonance (HPLC-NMR) technology and discuss the problems encountered in application, then comment the two primary methods of HPLC-NMR operation; stopped flow method and continuous flow method. Applications of HPLC-NMR in some fields are introduced. Finally the future development of HPLC-NMR technology is predicted.
