Abstract

Research in neuroimaging after ICH has rapidly evolved and is likely to continue to do so (Figure 5). The advent of hyperacute prehospital imaging and AI assistance for diagnosis have the potential for aggressive early treatment trials to prevent HE. Further radiomic work may lead to more accurate etiologic evaluation and prognostication in patients with ICH.
