STRAIN ENERGY FUNCTIONS AND MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF LUNG ELASTICITY.

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

This paper deals with a brief survey of on-going research activities in lung elasticity and presents the research results conducted by the author and his associates. Experimental results of the lung parenchyma are presented. A finite element procedure for the modeling of macro-level distortion properties of the lung parenchyma is demonstrated.
