Abstract
A 66-year-old white man with tuberculosis of the shoulder joint had a severe hypersensitivity reaction to antituberculosis medications. Symptoms included development of pulmonary infiltrates, hepatic dysfunction, renal insufficiency, and neutropenia. The patient improved after the medications were withdrawn.
