Abstract

Recent literature reports on the relative toxicity and pharmacokinetics of CDDs and CDFs were examined in order to estimate their impact on current toxicity equivalence factors (TEFs) for chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (CDDs) and -dibenzofurans (CDFs).
