Abstract
We formulate a microscopic theory for the quasiparticle interaction between He3 atoms adsorbed to the surface of liquid He4. The calculated magnetic susceptibility of the He3 system is in good agreement with recent experiments by Valles et al. The coverage dependence of the magnetic susceptibility probes the momentum dependence of the quasiparticle interaction.
