Abstract

The quantum real-space transfer (RST) in heterostructure was discussed. The heterostructure was overgrown on the cleaved edge of a superlattice. The two -dimensional electron gas was induced in a two-layer structure, with a superlattice (SL) and a quantum well (QW) layer. It was shown that electrons with large wave numbers spread from first QW layer to SL.
