Abstract
R. G. Rychtarik, J. R. Koutsky, and W. R. Miller (1998) used cluster analyses to derive 12 near perfectly replicated profiles of the nonmarital subscales of the Alcohol Use Inventory (AUI; J. L. Horn, K. H. Wanberg, and F. M. Foster, 1990). Since publication of that report, a recode error in the computation of the AUI SUSTAIND subscale was discovered in the database on which the clusters were derived. Reanalyses of the corrected data have since found that an 8-cluster solution now achieves near-perfect replication. This article presents these results, including corrected profiles, tables, and cluster comparisons.
