Abstract

Forever, health and disease are two significant issues in the life of human beings. It is important to have good health and prevent the incidence of disease of any kind with the intention to lead an active healthy life. Rather than allowing diseases to affect the human being and then find a treatment to regress the diseases and avoid the resulting suffering, it is prudent to prevent them in the first place. Prevention after the incidence of the disease-depending on the stage of progression, prevention could be termed tertiary, secondary or primary-places a huge economic burden on individuals and society at large. Practicing a healthy lifestyle and proper nutritional behavior-well before the onset of disease-is highly desirable.
