Abstract

Hollandite Ag 2Mn 8O 16 was prepared and characterized various techniques. The catalytic effect of Ag 2Mn 8O 16 catalyst for Li-air batteries was studied using galvanostatic discharge method. Lithium-air cell with Ag 2Mn 8O 16 catalyst exhibits a small discharge overvoltage and a large discharge capacity.
