Abstract

The 500 kDa protein plectin is essential for the cytoskeletal organization of most mammalian cells and it is up-regulated in some types of cancer. Here, we report nearly complete sequence-specific polypeptide backbone, ¹³C^β and methyl group resonance assignments for 24 kDa human plectin(4403–4606) containing the C-terminal plectin repeat domain 6.
