Abstract
Learning objective: • The reader will better understand causes of asthma and how asthma is currently diagnosed and treated, particularly, as it relates to asthma that is triggered by exercise. This knowledge will help the health and fitness professional develop safe activity programs, better advise clients with asthma, and work with other medical professionals to better control asthma.
