Abstract
I pursue the paradoxical values of siblingship and affinity among the Kulina through notions of a cyclical past/present and a directional present/future, in which the white-lipped peccary is an element in a cycle of past and present siblingship which jaguar spirits disrupt to create the possibilities of a future through affines.
