abstract = "The rational planning and design of substation is an important guarantee for the safety, stability and economy of power system. The characteristics of substation locating and sizing optimization are analyzed. The minimum sum of load moments is taken as the objective function, and the site selection, substation capacity, voltage deviation and distribution system connection mode are taken as the constraint conditions to obtain the corresponding 0-1 optimization model. The proposed approach is applied in a practical case to verify its feasibility.",
