Abstract

An overview of searches for new physics in the t¯t sample from the CMS Collaboration is presented with data collected at the Large Hadron Collider at vs = 7 TeV. There are several searches presented, including same-sign dilepton signatures, semileptonic signatures, and all-hadronic signatures, the latter of which uses advanced jet reconstruction techniques.
