Abstract
Various numerical simulations are developed to describe the deformation behavior associated with blow molding or thermoforming for an elastic or viscoelastic material. In order to be effective as an engineering design tool, computer simulations must be coupled with an appropriate constitutive equation. Important input data for these mathematical models or simulations are the rheological and other physical and thermal properties of the material.
