Abstract
A two-dimensional kinetic equation governing the time evolution of the droplet distribution was discussed for the development of kinetics of fluctuational deliquescence. It was found that the film of liquid solution, formed around the nucleus during its deliquescence was not in equilibrium with vapor and solid core. A recipe to construct the time evolution of the quasisteady state, caused by the depletion of undeliquesced nuclei in the system, was also reported.
