Dual-band composite right/left-handed (CRLH) substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) antennas and zeroth order resonator (ZOR) SIW antennas are designed based on the proposed HMHSIW to efficiently integrate the antennas while ensuring overall side reduction and providing enhanced design freedom.",
