Abstract

We have observed several symmetrical paired peaks against the zero field in the magneto-resistance of the double corrugation gated wires. These symmetrical peaks can be explained by each commensurate trajectory due to an internal magnetic focusing in the ballistic cavity formed in the quantum dot of the corrugation unit.
