Abstract

Extended reality-based exposure therapy in telehealth settings offers several advantages over traditional in vivo and imaginative exposure methods. The objective of this chapter is to explain how teletherapy-based extended reality exposure therapy can be used in treating post-traumatic stress disorder, phobias, and anxiety for children and adolescents.
