Erratum to “Inhibitory effects of Δ8-tetrahydrocannabinol on major hepatic cytochrome P450 enzymes and implications for drug disposition” [Drug Metabolism and Disposition 53 (2025) 100122] (Drug Metabolism and Disposition (2025) 53(7), (S0090955625091111), (10.1016/j.dmd.2025.100102))

In the above article, the following changes have been made: -The callout for Table 1 in the Material and methods section has been removed from the following sentence: “The A_h was calculated using the I_h (the inhibitor drug concentration in the liver) and K_i,u values determined in recombinant P450-overexpressing microsomes (see Results section; eq. 4), with the unbound maximum hepatic inlet concentration (I_h) calculated as indicated in eq 5.” -Tables 1 and 3 were inverted in the original corrected version. These two tables have been switched in the updated corrected version. The correct Table 1 is “Unbound [Formula presented] values for Δ⁸-THC and 11-OH-Δ⁸-THC against CYP2C9 and CYP3A4”, and the correct Table 3 is “The unbound [Formula presented] values of Δ8-THC and 11-OH-Δ8-THC against CYPs 2C9 and 3A4”.
