Abstract

Through an oversight, a typographical mistake for the unit of aluminum concentrations in the air was introduced. On page 2700, last paragraph in the left column, the correct unit should be μg/m3.1 On Page 2700, first paragraph in the right column, we described that "The FDA has no limits on the amount of Al in foods or medicines", which is not accurate. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published some regulations limiting the amount of aluminum allowed in drug products, including biologics,2 parenteral drug products,3 and bottled waters.4 Data analysis and conclusions in this paper are not affected by these unintentional errors.
