Erratum: Comprehensive high-precision high-accuracy equation of state and coexistence properties for classical Lennard-Jones crystals and low-temperature fluid phases (Journal of Chemical Physics (2018) 149 (204508) DOI: 10.1063/1.5053714)

Three of the entries for the correlations in Table I of Ref. 1 contain typographical errors: No. 2 for the fcc melting density has an incorrect dependence of the prefactor on β; No. 9 for the hcp/fcc transition temperature has an incorrect dependence of the prefactor on v; No. 10 for the hcp/fcc density difference is too large by a factor of 1000. The full set of correlations with these errors corrected is provided in Table I. No other parts of Ref. 1 were affected by these errors.
