Abstract

Eosinophilic fungal rhinosinusitis (ERFS) is a disease that is in the mucus of the nose and leads to inflammatory tissue swelling and, eventually, frank nasal polyps. Surgical therapy demands removal of as much of the mucin as possible. To accomplish this goal, various techniques are described in this report.
