Abstract

Electric current rectification, though not perfect, was attained by using a junction (pn or nn+) between cement pastes with different extents n- or p-type character. The n-type character was enhanced by using steel fibers as an admixture. The p-type character was enhanced by using carbon fibers as an admixture.
