Abstract

We have studied the electrical transport property of the coupled Quantum Point Contacts. That resonance peak structure has appeared in conductance of the detector QPC by forming of local spin moment in swept QPC. We find that resonance peak depends on the one-dimensional density of states in detector QPC. We will discuss the consistency with theoretical model using Anderson Hamiltonian.
