Abstract

A powerful and novel optical technique for disentangling donor exchange coupling information in the Si quantum computer (QC) architecture was proposed and analyzed. The proposed micro-Raman spectroscopic technique have the potential of becoming a versaille diagnostic tool in nanofabrication in general, since it can provide precise spatial information about relative positioning an entanglement of neighboring atoms in a host material, something that was very hard to do with any currently existing tools in solid state physics.
