Abstract
The donor impurity cyclotron-phonon resonance has been studied in InSb at magnetic fields between 10 and 80 koe using an H2O laser. Careful data analysis shows that the LO and not the TO phonon participates in this transition; hence in InSb the electron-TO phonon interaction must be much weaker than the electron-LO phonon interaction.
