Abstract

Michael addition and acrylamide copolymerization of single N-acryloylated carbohydrate precursors of the Thomsen Friedenreich antigen (T-antigen) and an ABH type 2 human blood group trisaccharide determinant afforded both neoglycoprotein and glycopolymer conjugates suitable for immunochemical studies.
