Abstract
The phase diagram of two-dimensional, low concentration 3He-4He mixtures was theoretically analyzed using the variational approach based on the Jastrow-Feenberg ansatz for the wave function and the correlated basis functions (CBF) perturbation theory. Long-ranged attraction induced by phonon exchange sufficiently binded the 3He dimers. The maximum solubility was also determined.
