Abstract

A discussion on the design and development of an interchangeable nanomicroelectrospray source was presented. It was reported that the ionization source was designed and constructed for use on a triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer. It was found that this source design allowed for the coupling of low flow separation techniques, like capillary electrophoresis or microliquid chromatography.
