Abstract

The authors regret that on Page 53 of this article, there is a typo in Fig. 8. The Y-axis of the left panel should read “Choice of Flat Fee Compensation”. Everything else in the figure, including the caption, is correct. The corrected Fig. 8 is provided below. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
