Abstract

The authors regret that the printed version of the above article contained a number of errors. The correct and final version follows. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Mainly due to a mathematical error related to the order of magnitude of the piezoelectric coupling coefficient, the following corrections are made. 1. Page 447, Abstract, line 12: −(8.1 ± 0.2) × 10−9 pC/N is revised as −(8.1 ± 0.2) × 10−8 pC/N.2. Page 455, right column, paragraph 2, lines 1–2: “the d33 value of C/C is negative based on Eq. (3), but is positive based on Eqs. (4) and (5)” is revised as “the d33 value of C/C is negative based on Eqs. (3) and (5), but is positive based on Eq. (4)”.3. Page 455, right column, paragraph 2, lines 2–3: “The magnitudes of the positive values are much smaller than that of the negative value” is revised as “the magnitude of d33 based on Eq. (5) is much smaller than that based on Eq. (3) or (4)”.4. Page 459, right column, paragraph 4, line 2: −(8.1 ± 0.2) × 10−9 pC/N is revised as −(8.1 ± 0.2) × 10−8 pC/N.The d33 values in Table 2 are revised as shown below.
