Abstract
The authors note that SI Appendix, Figs. S21, S30, and S32 in the SI Appendix appeared incorrectly. SI Appendix, Fig. S21 presents a confocal laser-scanning microscopy (CLSM) experiment designed to demonstrate that NPs are internalized by cells via endocytosis. The green fluorescence from the NPs showed strong overlap with the red fluorescence of Lysotracker, a lysosomal probe, which confirmed this conclusion. However, due to insufficient cell attachment time, many cells became rounded and lost their natural morphology, and the lysosomal fluorescence signal appeared diffuse and unclear. Due to the length of time since publication, an amended figure is not available, and the figure has not been updated. In SI Appendix, Fig. S30, the TEM image of the nanoparticles formed from compound 3 was redundant in both SI Appendix, Figs. S20 and S30. To prevent unintended concerns, the redundant TEM image in SI Appendix, Fig. S30 has been removed. In addition, the time points of in vivo fluorescence imaging are not aligning with those in Fig. 3D of the main text. Therefore, we have updated the in vivo fluorescence imaging data in SI Appendix, Fig. S30 to ensure temporal alignment with the time points in the main text. In SI Appendix, Fig. S32, owing to ambiguous filename conventions during data archiving, we noticed inadvertent image misapplication in H&E staining analyses in PBS-group lung/kidney sections and Carboplatin group and Oxaliplatin group heart sections. During the experiment, we captured two or three images per sample—at different fields of view and magnifications—then named them individually and saved them in a folder. Regrettably, the images were misselected during figure assembly due to the blurred naming of these images. The published figures have been rectified with authenticated microscopic images, ensuring accurate representation of all experimental groups. The SI Appendix has been corrected online.
