Abstract

The third author’s name should be Prajit KrisshnaKumar, not Prajit K. Kumar. In Section II. Framework of the Model, the second sentence should be modified to “This paper proposes a semi-decentralized reinforcement-learning-based maneuverable space net (RMSN)”, because the system is not fully decentralized. In the rest of the paper, the system should also be referred to as RMSN instead of DMSN. In Section IV. Learning the Optimal Approaching and Closing Policies, the section should rename to Formulation of the Optimization Baselines and RL Problems. Table 3 should be renamed to Parameters of State Space, and entries other than information pertaining to the Z-axis Offset should be disregarded as it is the only changing state for the training and evaluation of the reinforcement learning model.
