Abstract

In Table 1 of this article, the sentence “In 2024, a total of 6,673 foster youth (age 17) and 18,215 (age 18–23) exited foster care (U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, 2025: 7)” was missing in third row, second column. This has been corrected. The original article has also been corrected.
