CONDENSATION SOLDERING: A NEW MASS SOLDERING PROCESS.

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

A unique process for mass soldering utilizes the latent heat of vaporization of the saturated vapor developed from a boiling fluid at atmospheric pressure to provide precise temperature control and relatively high heat transfer rates. This versatile process provides reliable solder connections and eliminates the possibility of product contamination or degradation.
