Abstract

Management of cerebral arteriovenous malformations is fraught with technical and treatment decision-making challenges. Multiple modalities are often used in treatment aimed toward lesion eradication and cure. Neuroendovascular evaluation, management, and treatment are important aspects of multimodal therapy. Given the multimodal nature, reducing complications in any aspect of treatment is crucial to optimal outcomes.
