Chromatographic evaluation of the radiochemical purity of reductant-free iodine-123

Abstract

A comparison of two radioanalytical systems for the analysis of reductant-free radioiodine is reported. Nine different iodine species were separated on the HPLC. The HPLC system agreed with the 3N ammonium hydroxide/n-butanol TLC system.
