Abstract

Differential scanning calorimetry on graphite-ICl intercalation compounds of stages 1-4 showed that the melting temperature of graphite-ICl increases with stage, such that the melting temperature is 305, 309, 311, 312 and 315 K for stages 1, 2, 3, 4, and the residue material, respectively.
