Abstract

VCE method was extended to treat antiferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition, so that it is not only able to calculate the Curie temperature but also the Neel temperature. The formulas for calculating critical temperatures of random-bound layered Ising model, which describes the phase transition in magnetic alloy film, were provided. Some Tc-X phase diagrams for magnetic alloy film were investigated and discussed.
