Abstract

The paper describes the design of a 25-stage pulsed-voltage generator ( plus or minus 600 kv) of the Arkad'ev-Marx type. The generator is used in the high-voltage power supply system of a five-meter, three-gap streamer chamber. The values of the principal parameters of the generator (per arm) are impulse capacitance 0. 95 nF, internal resistance 21 OMEGA , and internal inductance 1. 8 mu H.
