Abstract
Research topics in digital photogrammetry include efforts to automate photogrammetric tasks. In this paper we address issues associated with automating the aerotriangulation procedure. We examine both theoretical and implementational aspects of the problem and demonstrate how digital photogrammetric methods can be successsfully combined into an automatic aerotriangulation module. The advantages offered include an increase in reliability because points in more than two images can now be measured simultaneously, and consequently the point transfer problem is solved more rigorously. -Authors
