Abstract
ATOS in children is frequently associated with anatomic abnormalities. It may present in a variety of ways, similar to those seen in adults, and should be considered in young patients presenting with either upper extremity or cerebral ischemic symptoms. Surgical intervention should be strongly considered in this young population due to the frequent presence of anatomic abnormalities and the excellent response typically seen in these patients.
